Why We Built
ACBuy Spreadsheet
ACBuy Spreadsheet started as a personal frustration. We were reselling sneakers and streetwear through various sourcing platforms, and every week we lost track of something: a delayed shipment, a SKU that never matched the photos, or a supplier who suddenly raised prices without warning.
Notebooks got messy. Basic Excel files broke when we tried to sort columns. Google Sheets worked, but lacked the specific formulas resellers actually need: profit margin after shipping, break-even price per unit, inventory aging alerts, and supplier trust scores.
So we built the first acbuy spreadsheet with those formulas baked in. Shared it with a reseller group. Within a month, 200 people were using it. Today, thousands of resellers rely on our templates and guides to run tighter operations and make better buying decisions.
